Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa At Montelucia Paradise Valley, Paradise Valley

The resort has a stunning appearance and lovely grounds, but the experience was marred by inadequate service and unexpected fees. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the quality of the spa, but the inconsistent service and outdated facilities hindered what should have been a luxury getaway. Overall, it did not meet the high standards I had anticipated for the price.

The hotel is a beautiful place with stunning views and great pool experiences. The rooms are clean and spacious, which made our stay enjoyable. However, some aspects of the service could be improved, particularly in communication and attention to detail. The dining experiences were varied but fell short in some areas, and the spa treatments did not meet my expectations.
